We appreciate your interest in our firm and the work we do for our many clients. It is our mission to serve people, regardless of their means or the popularity of their causes, who have legal needs in the areas of estate planning, probate and trust administration, guardianships, and real estate law, and to do so as economically and as expeditiously as possible while acting with decency, dignity and dedication. While most of those we serve are Venice area residents, a growing number of our clients are from out of state. Whether our out of state clients plan to retire here or already have parents or relatives living in Florida, or have real estate in Florida that requires legal consultation, they find that our firm is an excellent connection to the state during a transition period.

With the convenience of our clients in mind, the last 30+ years have found our office in downtown Venice. Our clients appreciate the comfortable and professional atmosphere we present while maintaining a very personal touch. They know that they will always be welcomed with a smile from our staff, some of which have been with our firm for most of their careers. We appreciate our clients and believe that each one deserves to be treated with compassion, honesty, and respect. We prefer to think of our clients as the ultimate authority. While we provide the benefit of our training and experience, every lawful decision is deferred to the client. We reserve the right, however, to exercise independent judgment and will not be governed by a client's ill will or deceit. We pride ourselves on being responsive and personable. Our door is always open and we answer all inquiries as quickly as possible.
